I’m going to show you the easiest way to back up your files if you’re using an Android device. Google Drive’s an online storage cloud that gives you 15GB free space for your photos, videos, music and any other files you might have on your device. First off, you’ll need to make an account. To find out more about how to do this, follow the link in the description box below this video. Now if you’re using an Android phone or tablet, here’s how you back up any files saved on your device. Open up the Google Drive app. The quickest way to upload multiple files is to tap the upload button. This should bring up a list of your most recent camera photos. Select the photo you want to save to Google Drive. When the photo has uploaded, you’ll get a notification. There are a few ways to search for other files you want to upload to Drive. The easiest way is to tap “Upload” and navigate to the menu. ….here you’ll see your files organised by type. If you tap “Images”, you’ll see all the same folders you’d see in your phone’s gallery. Tap on one of the folders to view the images inside…. ….to select more than one file, press and hold on the first image you want to select, then you can tap on others in the list to include them, too. You can also do the same for your videos, music and documents and organise them into new folders within Drive. If you’re accessing Google Drive via a desktop or laptop, your file list will match that of the app on your device. Here, you can drag and drop files into Google Drive and then access and view them from your device. Drive is best used as a storage solution to free up memory on your device or to transfer and access files quickly from one source to another. One of the best things about Google Drive is that you can access it from anywhere. You can sign in on someone else’s device or a computer or laptop.
